RVShare, a peer to peer camper rental network, is giving away 4 free RVs trip along the historic Route 66. Enter the sweepstakes to win. The sweepstakes runs until March 20 and you can increase your chances of winning through social media posts.
This is a fun publicity promotion for this large and growing RV rental network. RVShare’s CEO, Jon Gray, (formerly of HomeAway) has a challenge ahead of him building this company into profitability. I’ve written before about the difficulties of the peer-to-peer camper rental marketplace. If nothing else, RVShare is doing a solid job with press and advertising. And the network keeps growing. More options are always a good thing with peer to peer rentals.
In addition to the use of an RV for up to 21 nights, the four winners will also receive a $1000 stipend to help fund their trip. The RV sleeps 5-7 so you can bring along whoever fits (no pets allowed).
The RV road trips start in Glen Ellyn, IL and drive historic Route 66 all the way to Las Vegas, NV. Winners will be able to pick up their RV anytime between April 22 to April 26. So check your calendar and get in on the RV fun.
